Adventure Cove
Loaded up all my belongings at the lockers before going to get a taste of the rides and attractions there. Rides were mostly 'float' based, meaning you had to sit in some big ass tube before you were allowed to ride it. The first one I took had around 4 drops which was o-k, but after being told that it was actually the most 'thrilling' one, I was quite sian...
Actually there was one where u had to lay flat on some mat and slide down head-first. It was some kind of race with the guy beside you haha. There was also one where you were thrown into some open cone, I was hoping to fly up and round, but the ride srsly too safe already, fly abit only... Meh.
Anyway, the wave pool was pretty good if you swam all the way to the end. Current was quite strong and the tides were pretty high. Must also micro a little so that I would not bang into anyone around me.
Snorkling was available as well and it was ok, tried to touch the fishes but all siam me QQ. Saw loads of clown and angel fishes (Nemo & Dory)s.
Did a 'SOC' (Standard Obstacle Course) later that had a few stations which were quite fun. The jump was not bad haha! It doesn't look that high but when you jump, got a bit of kick one. Also managed to cross some balancing rope and rang the bell at the top of the low rope!
Changed after and had lunch at Macs before going to wave house.
Wave House
Headed over here and was greeted by some dude riding the flow barrel like a boss! Whoa man! Booked slots for the place and tried the flow rider. First try was damn fail, when the staff let go of me, I fell in like 1-2 seconds. However after several tries, I started to get the hang of it and could even 'surf' a little without any assistance! Felt shiok man.
Everyone was having a lot of fun, partly because some of the peeps were pretty good entertainers when they were trying really hard to surf. xD
Overall I'd recommend this place to anyone. It's fun and makes you feel awesome!
